If you’re a pack-a-holic like me, finding the best way to transport stuff from point A to point B is as much fun as whatever is waiting at point B. I love luggage and bags and organizational tools, especially when they’re helping me get to my point B — my local shooting range. I wouldn’t call it any kind of dilemma, but getting more than one gun to the range — and staying organized while there — can be a challenge. Enter the CaseCruzer Universal Range 4-Pack Handgun Case.
Measuring 201/4″ x 16.93″ x 8.78″ and weighing 11.2 lbs. empty, this case is robust with a capital R. With built-in slots for four handguns and 16 magazines and room for accessories such as eye and ear protection, the Cruzer’s Ultra High Impact structural copolymer construction provides a nearly indestructible, lockable means of carrying your stuff. Most handguns will fit the slots (same for their magazines) and the plastic and foam core and lining will keep them safe and stable. Two metal-reinforced locking points accept most padlocks and a built-in pressure relief valve balances outside air pressure with the air pressure inside of the box.
I dropped some standard-sized guns into this CaseCruzer: a compact Glock, a compact Bersa, a Commander-sized 1911 and a Government-sized 1911. They all fit just fine. The center of this CaseCruzer had a foam block I could remove to create more room if I wanted to. So now I’m all organized for those trips to and from the range, with CaseCruzer’s lifetime warranty to boot. And if the 4-pack (retail $275.98) isn’t enough, CaseCruzer offers a 5-pack and 6-pack case for handguns. For more info: www.casecruzer.com, (909) 613-1999.
