I think most people can see a value in having a laser on a handgun as at least a back-up sighting system. I’ve also found them to be great tools to teach trigger control (that dancing dot doesn’t lie!), and frankly, right or wrong, if someone doesn’t train, a good laser sight is arguably a must-have accessory on a home-defense gun.
