Mantis TitanX
A Data-Driven Dry-Fire Trainer
Mantis has rolled out its newest training tool, the TitanX — a fully inert, laser-equipped dry-fire pistol built to pair with the MantisX and Laser Academy apps. The idea is simple: give shooters a realistic platform they can use anywhere while collecting meaningful data that actually improves live-fire performance.
The TitanX uses a visible laser to show point of impact and a resetting trigger that mimics a real break and reset. When connected to the Mantis apps, shooters can run drills, track movement, measure accuracy, and follow guided training programs. It’s designed for everything from casual practice in the living room to serious skill-building.
Key features include:
• Realistic trigger weight, break, and reset
• Two weighted dummy mags with sensors to track reloads
• Compatibility with real GLOCK magazines
• Optic-ready slide (RMR / RMS / RMSc footprints)
• USB-C charging with long battery life
• 100% inert and safe for home use
The TitanX launches in three versions — 700, 701, and 702 — mirroring GLOCK 17, 19, and 45 functionality. Holsters and accessories built for those GLOCK models work with the TitanX, and Mantis says more handgun variants are already in the pipeline.
With a $200 price point, it’s positioned as an accessible training option for shooters looking to sharpen their skills without burning through ammo or range time.
